Just called this morning to cancel my subscription as I didn't like many of the beers in the box I had delivered last week. Spoke to Douglas who was completely cool with that, we talked about possibly changing the mix, excluding dark beers which is better for me, Added to that, there's a discount on the next order, so I'll keep it going for now. There was no pressure to keep subscription going which was good!
