Hi,
I spoke to Douglas this morning who helped me cancel my subscription with ease. Douglas politely offered me 3 months at a reduced rate but its not something I can afford at the moment.
I'll definitely be back with you guys at some point next year, and making the cancellation process easy, for me, encourages me to come back as a customer in the future.
