Douglas was extremely helpful in attempting to locate my recent delivery, which had not arrived. He then ordered a replacement case for me and changed the courier, due to the fact this has not been the 1st time I have had delivery issues from the courier Yodel. I was very pleased in the way Douglas dealt with the problem and needless to say, this has meant I will remain a loyal BEER52 customer!
