Douglas was very personable, I told him why I needed to cancel the subscription and he seemed genuinely empathetic. Douglas told me about the credit and the option to pause the account so I didnt lose out but also did not push it as some target driven customer service reps are. Unfortunately I could not justify taking the offer up due to personal circumstances. Hopefully I will be able to rejoin when I am in a more stable financial situation again.
