Called up today to cancel my subscription as the beers wasn't to my taste.
I had to call a few times as the line was busy and once I did get through I was put on hold for about 10 minutes.
I was looked after by Douglas who was a lovely pleasant man. He asked me which beers I didn't like and offered me a really good deal to try another taste of different beers. On this occasion I decided to wait a little while before ordering again.
