Douglas Munro was a very understanding and very polite, customer service operator. I really enjoyed the beers but unfortunately I can’t afford the subscription ant more for change in circumstances. He made it so easy to explain to him and also give the choice to put the subscription on hold a very tempting offer. How ever I am don’t know when my situation will change and I had to decline it. Thank Douglas for your help
