Waiting time for Customer Service was a little long but with current work restrictions this is understandable. When the call was connected the person I spoke to was polite, professional and took care of my enquiry immediately.
All the beer I have had so far has been really good. Perhaps a little pricey per beer but you're paying for the craft and limited availability of certain beers so a premium isnt entirely unjustified or unexpected.
