Douglas was very helpful when I called to cancel my subscription. I just don't manage to get through all the beers so it has been stacking up. He offered a longer subscription pause if it would help, but I decided to cancel. I was on hold for 10 mins or so - would be good to know where you were in the queue for people on hold.
