Was given a voucher before Xmas for free case (8 beers -mixed case). I have had two already with third en route and beers have been good and different. Wouldn't have purchased or tried them normally. However, not all are great so decided to cancel. Can only do this by phone - should be able to do this by email I believe. Douglas was ok about it but tried to tempt me with offers to keep me on board - to be expected.
This service is great if you want random beers and don't mind paying slightly more for them...but not for everyone.
