All the reviews mention Douglas, so no surprise that I’m writing another! I called to cancel my subscription after two boxes. I love the selection, but I only meant to have it for a short amount of time. Douglas offered me a great deal, and so I’ve stayed on for one more month. Really great service, even with a long customer service queue, but it sounds like there’s only a few people answering phones at the moment. Thanks!
