Douglas sounded like a top bloke. I called to cancel my sub’ due to having to cut back on expenses and was half expecting the usual awkward phone call when cancelling a service. But what I experienced was a nice easy and enjoyable convo’ with a complete understanding of my reasons for terminating my sub.
