Absolutely terrible. First attempt, box damaged with courier, never arrived. All the beers I wanted went out of stock refunded after 3 weeks.
Second attempt, box damaged at courier, never arrived... Waiting to hear re refund.
I'm not having this it's the couriers fault, clearly they (the courier) or your packing isn't adequate. You know this but haven't changed.
I think Beer 52 are possibly a money laundering outfit, do you even have any beers?? OK, maybe not, just very frustrating.
