Fairly long wait on hold to get through. Having read a few of the reviews on here it looks like lots of people were in the same position as me and phoning to cancel subscriptions. This must be very demoralising for the team. The product and idea is good, but a bit expensive in the longer term. Douglas invited me to use the benefits I'd already accrued so I will stay another month.... He maintains a calm, engaging and straightforward manner despite what seems to be a very repetitive call.
