Douglas was excellent at resolving the situation with mutually beneficial solution over the phone on under 10 minutes - Outstanding.
Currently unable to collect during Hermes - The worst courier company out there, completely unobtainable - delivery windows, Douglas has put my subscription on hold till I'm capable of taking delivery again. He even arranged a refund on this one!
