Douglas Munro took my call today, and it was to cancel the subscription but what I liked was there was no pushing to stay on board like the website was. I didn’t mind calling and was glad I got Douglas because they understood why I wanted to cancel, and even sent me a follow up email to help with a query I had, which you wouldn’t get from other companies knowing you want to cancel.
