Good customer service although found it hard to get through at first, Douglas was great on the phone, beers just not for me, I like craft ale just not “salted caramel milkshake” ale and “green tea” ipa but too hipster and pretentious for me I’m afraid, call me old fashioned! Some of the stouts however were absolutely delicious!
