I had a beer52 subscription for a few months. The deliveries were always on time and a wide selection of new beers to try, along with the snacks included!!
The only improvement i would suggest to the service is that a notification email is sent a few days ahead of the dispatch/last chance to make any changes to the subscription so that customers can choose to changes they wish. I was always notified of the dispatch once it had happened but a couple occasions had wished i'd made a change or paused for a month.
Today i cancelled my Beer 52 subscription but with no fault of the service received. I just don't get time to enjoy the different beers, plus the cost is just something i could do without at the moment.
Douglas was really helpful when i called up to cancel and made me aware of a few benefits of discounts that could be applied to my account, but i still opted to cancel.
All round a nice service.
