The beer was great. However when we called to cancel (due to the fact we were having an alcohol break) the telephone operative said they would cancel...but didn’t. I was still charged. When my husband called to explain the error, the lady went away to discuss this with her supervisor...then hung up the phone. We tried a second time, and this operative hung up as soon as the call was connected (probably as it was 4:55pm).
I’m so disappointed and just don’t know what to do now. I guess it will just continue. Please help!
