When I phoned you I had to wait for a short time & then was put through to Douglas who I found to be a very pleasant, cheerful fellow. I explained to him that I intended to return to my usual meeting friends & drinking pints in a pub next month & therefore wanted to cancel my membership. He made some generous offer to entice me to stay which I declined but I'll probably be back in the Autumn!
