Customer service has been very good, whether by email or telephone. I was always advised when to expect a delivery by email, and also a text from the courier. Prices tend to be a little high if compared to supermarkets, but then they supply very varied and unique products, and personal service.
When calling the cancellation line, the phone was answered within two minutes. Angus was polite, offered an alternative option but was not pushy at all. I would not dissuade anyone from giving them a try.
