I registered using the Lockdown Offer for a birthday gift and it arrived within a few days which was great. Once it arrived, I was ready to cancel but I have to remove a star as cancelling a subscription should be as easy as signing up therefore should be possible using the website. However Douglas was very helpful and quick over the phone regarding the cancellation.
