The service is good. I enjoyed the experience. It is probably a bit expensive, working out at £3 per can or bottle (roughly). The beers are generally good, obviously its a bit pot luck, but thats half the fun. Customer service is good, though I'm sure cancellation could be performed online. I don't personally read the leaflets but a lot of work seems to go into them. No doubt the most fervent enthusiasts with enjoy them.
