I experienced issues with the delivery of my beers so decided a subscription was not for me as I do not want the monthly chore of checking up on the delivery status and staying home for delivery. I therefore called to cancel my subscription and spoke to Douglas who confirmed the subscription would be cancelled and was understanding of my reasons why. Due to this good customer service I will consider giving the subscription another shot in the future, its just not going to work for me at this current time.
My 4 star rating is reflective of my delivery service, not the beers or customer service.
