Having decided to give up Beer52 on account of having received two cases of the wrong beers after having been assured that my choice would be respected, I was delighted to be contacted by Douglas. This man has virtual customer service down to a very fine art. As a consequent, I am maintaining my subscription and am again confident with Beer52. Douglas could teacher some of the other Beer Advisors how to do the job. I trust that his supervisor/manager will use the talent displayed
