I called Beer52 today to cancel my membership, however, Douglas Munro, the silver tongued salesman of the year, persuaded me to buy another case of beer instead! He offered excellent service with a personable note and exemplary professionalism. I now can't wait for my beer and free Beer Book and will try and cancel another time! Cheers Douglas and Beer52!
