Very pleased with how Douglas handled my cancellation. We have really enjoyed the beers, but unfortunately we can no longer afford them. Douglas offered us at least three cheaper alternative options and never made me feel uncomfortable about not being able to afford them. Douglas handled my call with complete professionalism
