Delivery was very timely, the packaging looked great and it had obviously been carefully thought about. Douglas was super polite and friendly, unfortunately I had ordered as a gift for my partner and he wasn't so keen on the craft beers. I'd certainly recommend if you enjoy craft as it was a great thing to turn up in the post. It may be a nice idea to also offer a one off starter pack to send as a gift before signing up to a subscription?
