I had called about cancelling my subscription because I was getting it for my dad who isn't too technically savvy and he couldn't quite afford it. I did however want to get him a box in the future for his birthday and Kirsty was helpful in informing me I could pause the box and keep it until then so I didn't miss out on any offers !
