I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my monthly cases over the last year or so. However, with Covid becoming increasingly manageable and life resuming some form of normality, for me drinking at home is less of a regular occurrence. So I actually rang to cancel my subscription but Douglas talked me into staying for at least one more month. He was polite, friendly and was not forceful with his customer retention tone. Excellent customer service as always! I will review circumstances again after my next case and savour every beer as they may be my last from Beer52.
