Got a free sample box of beer, all was timely and tasty, decided I didn't want to continue and called to cancel. Douglas spoke to me about cancelling, was lovely and did a good job. The reason why I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because it was necessary to call to cancel, which was not indicated when I signed up for the service.
