It was annoying that I had to call to cancel my subscription, which took quite a while to get through (clearly designed to make it difficult to cancel) plus it only Took a minute to sign up online!
Despite this Douglas was very polite and chatty on the phone and had I not been a broke student I defiantly would have stayed on longer with some of the good deals they threw at me!
