I found the customer service member on the phone (Douglas) extremely friendly, understanding and appreciative of my situation and reasoning for cancelling.
He was also knowledgeable and able to offer assistance in ways to deal with any problem I spoke about. He also highlighted about the benefits that would be lost if I cancelled incase I wasn't aware. (Which I was not, so thank you)
All in all, it was a very amicable break-up and hopefully I can return to share a beer at some point in the future reminiscing about the way in which it ended this time.
