Twice I have ordered, twice they haven’t arrived when they said they would.
First time, I got in touch with support who were very apologetic. They got my beers to me in the end. Took them more than 3 weeks after I was supposed to receive them though.
Second time, I got in touch with support. Was given the same excuse as the first time and was told it would be another 2 weeks before they could get them to me. In the end they just cancelled my order.
