A great bit of customer service by Douglas when I called to cancel my subscription...he even tried to keep me with some offers without sounding pushy. A tremendous asset to your business, I only more customer service was like that!
One negative, the hold time to speak to someone was ridiculous - over 15 minutes of my life I won't get back! I appreciate you don't want people to cancel, but the option to do so online would benefit the customer!
