Long-term customer who finally decided to cancel after yet another bizarre, unpalatable delivery...
Then I find out you MUST PHONE them to cancel your subscription and guess what? Completely uncontactable customer service... no response to emails, nobody answers phones, my only option at this point is to cancel my DD or otherwise prevent them taking cash. Disgraceful business practice.
