I phoned to discuss cancelling my subscription as I have had it for a while and fancied a change. Discussed options with support agent (Douglas) and we agreed to pause for 3 months. This was a good outcome and Douglas was very friendly and helpful.
Only downside was the time I had to wait in thw queue on the phone. This is the 3rd time I have had a ~15-20 min wait
