First time customer - Ordered a gift box for a family member's birthday. Ordering process was easy and was advised delivery would be up to 3 working days - very happy! 8 days later, the birthday has been and gone and the order still has not been delivered. I have spoken to two customer service reps in the last two days, both were very pleasant however could not explain why the order has not been dispatched and both promised an update from the warehouse the same day, however neither came to fruition. I appreciate there may be issues with couriers in the current climate, but Beer52 should not be advertising delivery times on their website that they cannot fulfil and it should not be up to the customer to chase for updates on their order. I am now waiting to find out if my order can be cancelled (wherever it may be!) and will not be ordering from them again.
