Great beer/wine selections and friendly customer service from Iannis, let down a bit by the long waiting times on the phone. The company should let you know how many callers are ahead in the queue so you can decide whether to stay waiting on the line.
It was also be good to be able to pause the delivery service indefinitely and start it up whenever you like.
