5* and beers for Kirsty. She was lovely, understood and answered my issue quickly. Unfortunately the rest of the customer service experience wasn't quite as simple. Firstly waiting for the beer to be delivered first felt unnecessary then calling up to cancel the subscription is very inconvenient as the supported hours are when I should be working myself.
Great hold music though.
