Customer service 5* when I actually spoke to somebody.
The first time I rang it took 15 minutes to speak to someone and then cut out straight away. I rang back straight after for another 15-20 minute wait.
I also asked if my account could be cancelled after the next "christmas delivery". However I was told I would have to ring up again following this to cancel again. Because of the poor experience I decided to cancel straight away today.
