Customer service was good had sent a few emails about the cancellation on my subscription and Kirsty was very helpful and sorted it out straight away with my best interests in mind so was happy with that! However I feel as tho the subscription should be highlighted more when you go to buy something as so many people have had a subscription when they haven’t wanted one.
