As a mini-gift for my partner I pay for a subscription for him. My partner has always enjoyed receiving his case of beers every month but unfortunately there was a delay receiving this months case and no update on its arrival. The phone call was answered nearly immediately, with asolutelyno fuss, Claire sent out a replacement case, and my partner is eagerly awaiting its arrival once more.
