I've been using their beer subscription service for about 2 years now and decided to put my points to use in the shop, ordering a selection of beers for our new home. Sadly, there was a problem with the delivery, so I decided to give them a call. I was looked after by the lovely Claire who, as well as resolving my issue, was an utter joy to talk to!
