Had some broken bottles in my delivery. Customer service responded very quickly with a credit note, no questions asked. Felix was very helpful!
As a customer felt very appreciated. At a time when we are all looking at the luxuries that we can cut, the customer service I have received will ensure that I look at the less customer friendly luxuries before I think about Beer52. Plus, the beers are great. Please keep it up!
