Canceling your subscription is a nightmare—you can't do it directly on their website, and you’re forced to contact them to stop them from taking money from your account. Once they have your card details, they cling to them like leeches. There's no advance notice to allow you to postpone or cancel orders, and the service overall is poorly managed. This is one of the most frustrating subscription sites I've encountered, and it reflects the low quality of both their products and service
