To make matters worse, canceling the subscription is deliberately made difficult, requiring you to call their customer service—where you can’t even retain proof of your cancellation request. Their entire process is designed to exploit customers: Unauthorized subscriptions. A convoluted cancellation system that wastes your time. Complete disregard for transparency and consumer rights. I was charged for additional products I never agreed to purchase, and now I am fighting to get my money back. I have saved all communications and will be filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities. If you’re considering buying from this company, don’t!
