My last delivery contained 3 spoiled wines, and I have previously received spoiled wines.
It really let me down on a Friday night as I was sitting down to my meal.
I sent photos and made a conplaint. I received no acknowledgement. I called 3 days later and was asked to take more pictures, I did. I then called again to be promised a response that day but nothing, and still nothing. I find this unacceptable customer service.
