There is always a varied and interesting selection of beers in every delivery and I also very much enjoy the extra treat of the included snack as well. The option of Saturday delivery is very convenient for those of us with nobody at home on weekdays and definitely a big plus point for me. In the couple of years that I have been a subscriber I have never had any issues that have required me to contact customer services but, by the looks of the other comments here, they are just as efficient as the rest of the service.
