There are rarely issues, and if there are they tend to be due to Yodel, but when there are the customer service is second to none. Being able to talk, without waiting for ever and a day, to a real person makes you feel genuinely cared for. Then there is the product. Always amazing. The quality and variety of the beers is difficult to top. I love the fact each month is themed and I get genuinely excited about what is going to be in the box each month. Maybe I’m just sad..... I’m not a fan of ‘the snack’ but that’s just me.. The magazine, which would be a fiver from a newsagent, is invariably informative and interesting.. The postage is free.... What a great value for money package which never fails to disappoint!!!
