Frustratingly hard to cancel
Frustratingly hard to cancel.
I tried to cancel, but was encouraged to put it on hold.
I put it on hold and then upon speaking to someone the second time to cancel they tried to offer me a better deal. I said I'd think about it, checked the hold was still on.
Now this morning I find myself billed for £16 and told that the hold was taken off this morning as scheduled.
Very irritating as the previous beers were all pretty poor.
